On September 18, 2025 the Everyone Graduates Center hosted a virtual gathering of national educators to examine how can schools and school systems promote young people’s career exposure and readiness.
The discussions were guided by three questions:
- What are some different models/approaches schools can use to scale career readiness for all students? What are the advantages and challenges of each?
- What are the biggest obstacles schools face in shifting to a focus on career readiness for all? How can these be addressed?
- How can districts infuse career focus into the curriculum so teachers and administrators recognize it as an integral part of the program, not an optional add-on?
